Eligible Returns
We accept returns only for items that are defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect.

All other sales, including pre-orders and final sale items, are non-refundable.

Return Process
If you believe your item qualifies for a return:

We will review your request and provide instructions on how to return the item.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

Please return the defective item for a refund and place a new order.
