At House of Juelz, we offer limited-edition pre-orders to give our community early access to exclusive pieces. Please review the following policy before placing a pre-order.

Pre-Order Commitment
All pre-orders require full payment at the time of purchase. This payment secures your item while it is still in production. Your support allows us to produce high-quality drops in limited quantities.

Estimated Shipping Timeline
Pre-order items are expected to ship within 4 to 6 weeks from the order date.
This window allows for production, quality control, and packaging. While we work to meet this timeline, delays can happen. If there are any changes to the estimated delivery, we will contact you by email.

Orders Containing In-Stock and Pre-Order Items
If you purchase both in-stock and pre-order items in the same order, all items will be shipped together once the pre-order item is ready.
For faster delivery of in-stock items, please place a separate order.

Final Sale Terms
All pre-order sales are final. We do not accept cancellations, exchanges, or refunds on pre-orders. Each item is made to order specifically for you.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.
